Hi, my name is Tiara and I am a Licensed Esthetician located in Bronx, NY. I specialize in; Lash Extensions x3 Certified, Customized Facials, Brows, Body Waxing & Makeup. True Beauty Aesthetics offers upscale service as clients enjoy a calm, relaxing experience while initiating beauty and skin care needs. Booking Policy: Please be sure to provide your most updated contact information to receive all confirmations, reminders etc. I am home base currently, no extra guest allowed. Your appointment will be cancelled. Payments: Deposits are required for all bookings. This amount will be deducted from total service amount. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Your appointment balance will be due either in cash or Zelle only. I do not accept no other form of payment. Arrivals/Lateness: There is a grace period of 10 mins from the start time of your appointment if you are not present. Anything after will result in appointment cancellation. Please note, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations/Rescheduling: Cancellations must be done at least 48 hrs in advance. You will have 24hrs to reschedule your appointment or else your initial deposit will be lost. Your next appointment will require a new deposit. It is your job to reschedule your appointment. No Shows: Skipped or missed appointments (failing to make me aware), your deposit will be forfeited. Refunds: Refunds are not provided!!! If you have any concerns after the service was completed, I must be contact within 48-72 hrs of the service. Eyelash Extensions: I do not work in other lash artist work. You cannot book a fill with me if the initial set was done by someone else. You must book a lash removal and a full set to be serviced. All eye makeup must be removed. When booking a fill, 50% of your lashes must be on. Anything less will result in a full set price. • 2 week full - 8 to 15 days after previous appointment. • 3 week fill - 16 to 21 days after previous appointment. Anything after will be considered a new set. Facials: You will receive a client intake form requesting medical/personal information. This form is super important as it makes me aware of any allergies, contraindications, current medications etc. This is critical as we may or may not be able to service you during certain medical treatments.
